nmap magic

The IP (202.88.238..7) entered in the text field is that of an asianet server . As a result of the output , i tried "telnet " ing the server and the result was a login session, asking for a password.It was some DPEC1 BACC Device Provisioning Engine. And yes the OS guess was Seimens Linux.. Any of you know what it is?Here is the picture
